1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the bass8 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bass8. This agreement applies to your use of the bass8 website, mobile version, and all related services.

By creating an account on the bass8 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform.

bass8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services at bass8, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old — for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted or not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting as a real individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not hold multiple accounts; only one account per person is permitted.
• No employee of bass8 or their family members may participate on this platform.

bass8 may request identity documents or other records at any time for age verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at bass8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of the associated balance.

3.2 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential. bass8 will never ask you for your password. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

In the interest of security and financial protection, bass8 may conduct account verification (KYC) at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bass8 is ৳500. Payment methods we currently support:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.)

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made using third-party accounts or payment methods registered in someone else's name are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. bass8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bass8 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on both the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim each offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If any irregular betting pattern or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• bass8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP Program

bass8's VIP program has four tiers. Regular players can gradually advance to higher tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to accounts according to a set schedule. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are subject to change. bass8 will endeavour to notify affected members before making changes to the VIP structure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bass8 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using any strategy to exploit or circumvent the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by minors (under 21 years of age).
• Exploiting any technical error or bug — such incidents must be reported to support.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, bass8 may close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

bass8 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be entertaining — never a source of financial stress or mental hardship.

• Players can set deposit limits, betting limits, or temporary suspensions on their own accounts.
• The Self-Exclusion feature can be used to deactivate an account for a set period at any time.
• If problematic gaming behaviour is identified, bass8 may proactively offer assistance.

9. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bass8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bass8. This content may not be used, reproduced, or distributed for any commercial purpose without prior permission.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) is the intellectual property of the respective providers.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

The bass8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bass8 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, third-party software errors, internet connectivity disruptions, or other factors beyond its control.

The player is solely responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. bass8 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment at all times, but does not guarantee any gaming outcome.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bass8 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. Please contact our support team directly.

Any complaint regarding a betting outcome must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the event. bass8 will review the complaint and issue an official decision, which will be considered final.

13. Account Closure & Termination

13.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining eligible balance before closing your account.

13.2 bass8's Rights

In cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or other misconduct, bass8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any balance obtained through unlawful activity may be forfeited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international internet betting laws and regulations. Both parties agree that resolution through discussion will take priority in the event of any dispute.

15. Amendments & Updates

bass8 may amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you via your registered email address or through a notice on the platform.
